We aim to further develop, for educational and scientific purposes, the members of this organization in ways including:

• an increased knowledge of the science, design, development, construction, language, and applications of computing machinery;
• a greater interest in computing machinery and its applications;
• and a means of communication between persons having interest in computing machinery
